Q. Is ordering online secure with Gramco?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts Gramco's store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Q. How do I view prices for products?
A. You must have a 'Verified Account' with Gramco in order to view prices. 

Q. How do I get a Verified Account?
A. To obtain a Verified Account simply click on the 'Person' icon at the top right of the screen. A new page will open with a form for you to complete. Once you have completed all fields in the form click on the 'Create' button. Your request for an account will then be reviewed by our sales team and a verified account will be confirmed with you via email.

Please note that only industry related businesses will be issued with a Verified Account. Gramco does not trade with the general public. 

Q. Do I need to have an account to order products?
A. Yes. Only Verified Account holders may purchase items. If you have a special request you may contact our sales team at sales@gramco.com or through the Contact button at the top of this page to discuss other ordering options.
